Windows XP No programs on my task bar

Okay, a little while ago i lost all the applications off my task bar. It still shows my quick launch, language bar and tray. I have to use Alt-Tab all the time. Anyone else had this problem and if so how do you fix it?
  • Operating System: windows XP
  • Anti Virus Software : AVG Free
  • Anti Spyware Software : Spybot S&D, Adaware, zonealarm
  • How do you connect to the net : ADSL
  • Your Computer Specifications - A white one (is this question relevent)!!

Are you sure these are not hidden in anyway? Cant you just repally the applications to the taskbar??
