No picture

Sometimes I get a small box with a red x in it. I right click to show
picture, but that doesn't work either. Why does this happen? And, what could

Hi, Shelley - sorry, this isn't enough info to go on. You need to post full
details (including what software you're talking about!) in order for anyone
to hazard a guess.....

You're probably talking about web pages. If so this little x means the
image that the web page linked to that 'should' display is either not
there on the web site or your internet connection failed to download it.
Either way its not retrievable. If refreshing the page does not help
then its usually the sites problem.

Give more info if this is no help, like where is the x, what program is
displaying it etc.
