No One Has Been able To Fix This-Spooler Problem

Hi All:

The challenge of a lifetime: "Spooler subsystem App error"

Printer on and off light flashes green and dark green and
dark once per second. After 12 flashes on and off it
pauses dark, for about 3 seconds, then starts it's 12
on/off flashes.

Printer never receives the message to print Therefore,
can't print or do anything.

HELP!!!! And thanks much if anyone can figure this one
out, they're top Gun
