No more Infrared Icon on Taskbar

I use my cell phone to download file into my pc, via an
IR port. When working, it used to show the icon on the
taskbar. Recently, though, this icon does not appear
anymore. Everything works 100% but i don't understand why
it's disappeared and how to see the icon again. Any idea?

go to blank space on taskbar
right pick properties
pick [x] hide inactive icons.
pick [customize] button
find your desired icon and select [show when active]
