No logon server available

I recieve a message saying "There are currently no logon
servers available to service the logon request" when
attempting to issue a \\servername\d$ command when a
terminal services client session is running to host
server. How can I correct this matter?

1. Make sure the TS has the right DNS entry pointing to a DC.
