No info on free/busy schedule after september 1st

We are using exchange 2000 and outlook 2000 in an
organisation with around 100 clients. When making an
appointment after september 1st 2003, no free/busy
information is availabe for attendants (the agenda of the
attendant is stiped, which means "no information" according
to the legend). This issue affects all users.

Anyone has information on how to solve this problem?

I found the problem/sollution myself. Within Outlook there
is an option were one can set the period of published
availability information. This was set on 2 months.
Changing this into 6 months helped.
