No incoming or outgoing mail

All of a sudden this happened. Tried troubleshooting but nothing works.
Please Help!

The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be
correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this
problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the
"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining
the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

The rejected e-mail address was '(e-mail address removed)'. Subject 'test',
Account: 'mail.oasishomesinc.com', Server: 'smtp.oasishomesinc.com',
Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '553 sorry, your envelope sender is in my
badmailfrom list (#5.7.1)', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 553,
Error Number: 0x800CCC79

Like it says, that mail server has the sender's address on a blocked
list. If you have any questions about that, contact the support host for
oasishomesinc.com (Network Solutions).

There are two workarounds:
1. Send via webmail.
2. Substitute your ISP's SMTP server.
