No images load

I have a strange thing happening. When I load web pages on Internet Explorer
6 that I uploaded, the pages lack pictures. There are absolutely no
pictures, not the usual box with the X in the corner. I am talking the HTML
coding for the pictures have been removed. When I check the page in Foxfire,
the pictures are there and are fine. Maybe the pictures have been removed
because, when you click them, they lead to a URL, either a larger picture or
another site. I am clueless. Help!
