No fonts in Help and Support

I've recently noticed that the fonts in Help and Support are no longer
working, i.e. everything is in Times New Roman and everything basically
looks a mess. Here's a screenshot:

What could be causing this?

Note: The REG file available in the above link fixes the Content Type settings for XML/XSL/XLT/PNG/JPG file types.
