misplaced article links in windows help and support

today when i checked the windows help and support to find help for
something, i noticed that all the "links" that refer to the help articles
next to them have a little box with a red X inside them. (like this box that
appears in a web browser when a picture cant be displayed).
another problem is that i have deleted all the restore points before taking
aware of this situation and i cant do a system restore to try to fix it.
i have tried the offline help, deleting temporary files, but i cant find a
way to fix this it still has the same problem.
i use windows vista 32bit with sp1 and all the updates.
please help me!!

here is two links to see, to understand what exactly i talk about.
