no firwall enable

We are having the same trouble it won't let us enable
firewall and we have the same message with newdot. Can
you help us?

Start/All Programs/Accessories/Command Prompt
Type "netsh winsock reset" ENTER
Follow prompts and reboot.

Then IMMEDIATELY run an updated virus scan.
Then run AntiSpyware again.

This is not caused by AntiSpyware.
It is caused by the Spyware that has been removed

I have no solution, but I am having the same problem with
the firewall being stopped after running spyware and
removing problem files
