Microsoft's Beta AntiSpyware Software

I have a user who installed Microsoft's Beta AntiSpyware program. After
installing the AntiSpyware their XP Firewall has been disabled. When we try
to turn on the XP firewall, we get an error saying that the ICS service
could not be started. When we reboot the computer we get an error "could
not run DLL program~1\newdot~1\newdot~2.dll. We have uninstalled the
AntiSpyware software, but that has not helped.
