You mentioned "network" but never mention what mail server you use.
POP, IMAP, HTTP, or Exchange? If Exchange then you need to speak with
an Exchange admin regarding the date format in the e-mails per the
mentioned KB article 276607. Do the 2 accounts that don't work go
through a connector to Exchange, like for SMTP?
Does the date work in your instance of OL2000? If so, what happens when
you look at the problematic accounts using your OL2000?
What view did the user select on the Inbox folder?
