Hi,

I have Win XP SP1 and MSN 6.2
The problem is that I can get video connection with a person but no audio.
I can't hear them and they can't hear me.
They use Win 98 MSN 6.2

Any ideas how to fix?

Thanks

Greetings Chris,

You might try turning off the QoS Packet Scheduler. To do so, click Start, then All
Programs, then Accessories, then Communications, and then Network Connections. Right click
your network/internet connection, then click Properties. Uncheck the QoS Packet Scheduler,
and try again. If the QoS option is grayed out, simply click on it and choose the Uninstall
button instead.

I have been suffering with the same problem now for at
least 2 weeks. You need to click on your LAN connection
and enter the properties section. Once in there go to
Authentication and uncheck the 'Enable the IEEE 802.1x
authentication' and it should work after that.
