Dear Ramesh
The IsShortcut entry is already there in the registry. Any further help be
appreciated.
Regards
Ishtiaque
This happens if the "IsShortcut" registry value is missing in the file
association settings for shortcuts. Open a Command Prompt window (CMD.EXE)
and type the following command:
reg add HKCR\lnkfile /v IsShortcut /t REG_SZ
Press {ENTER}
Restart Windows.

Hello
I have recently reinstalled Windows XP SP2 on my PC. I can't see arrows on
the shortcut icons. No help on Internet 'cause all is there about getting
rid of them. How do I get them back?
Thanks in advance.

Ishtiaque
