No Alert for Action?

Defender installed a month now. Automatic scans daily at 9AM occur just
fine. Main screen always shows "No Unwanted SW detected". But I just
happened to look at the main page "history" link yesterday and two items
appeared "unknown with undesired behavior". Defender just "allowed" them.
As it turns out, neither detection is a problem. One was an Avast program
file & the other was an ActiveX control for TrendMicro on-line scans, but
what if they HAD been a paroblem?!? Event Viewer does not indicate any
problems regarding alerts or anything else unusual I can determine.

My question: Why didn't Defender pop up an alert screen during/or at end of
scan asking for what action I wanted to take on these two occasions? Does it
only alert for what it deem High Risk? When I installed Defender, under
Options, I had intentionally left all "Default Action" boxes unchecked so
Defender would have to ask me for what action I want to take with each
detection. And the pc was DEFINITELY up & running with me sitting right
there at each 9am scan!
Any ideas? Do I need to change some setting I missed at installation?

Hi!!

I have the same Peggy's problem, 2 items been allowd without question and
i'm worry about it, i can't even identify them, just said that "unknown with
undesired behavior" I made the same full scan and nothing appear plis help me"
