NLB cluster not doing anything - URGENT

SETUP - 2 Win2k Adv. Servers. Both DC's and fully
patched. AD recently installed and working. PDC is setup
for DNS and DHCP. WEB3 setup for serving websites and ftp
sites.

I've recently tried to set up a NLB cluster. After
setting everything up my whole network implementation
still works fine. After restarting my DC's as described
in the NLB Microsoft online help, nothing happens. No
errors in eventlog at all.

I can still ping and access each DC from another in the
network, but not one of them can ping the cluster IP. It
just times out.

Where have I gone wrong?

Thank you.

How did you set up the cluster? Two nics in each server, or just one?

If there are two, how did you configure NLB?

.
Only one NIC in each server.

Are the NLB nodes also domain controllers? If they are this is not
recomended. Also if you are using just one NIC card then NLB must be in
multicast mode (NLB is unicast by default).
