nk2 issue

Outlook 2000 on XP. Russ,

Out of nowhere, no email addresses in autocomplete. The features is turned
on, so I can begin to compile addresses again, but when I close out of
Outlook, it deletes them all again. Every new opening of Outlook has zero
autocomplete addresses again. I’m sure this has something to do with the nk2
file, but was wondering if anyone knew of a solution.

Have you tried deleting the nk2 file while Outlook is completely shut down
and restarting it and seeing if it will hold entries then?

Outlook 2000 doesn't have an NK2 file though it does have autocomplete. NK2
didn't come into play until Outlook 2002 (aka Outlook XP).
