.nk2 files in ol2k3

I have one user on exchange server that i can't locate the .nk2 file. I can see all others. I did enable hidden files to be viewed as well as system files. Still can't find the .nk2 file. The feature is on in his outlook and is working normally.

Could this file have been moved to a different location and still be working properly?.

Any suggestions what could be happening here?

Thanks but that appears to be a different issue than what i'm having. I cannot locate the file at all. Plus, in my situation the autocomplete is functioning as it should. Just can't see the file.
