Outlook 2K and NK2

Does outlook 2K use the NK2 auto complete files? I have a user w/ Outlook 2K
who wants to enable auto completion of emails. I created and NK2 file but the
auto complete still isn't working.

Small wonder. Versions of Outlook earlier than Outlook 2002 have no
autocompletion feature and do not use NK2 files. They have a feature called
auto-resolution. If you enter part of a name or a nickname then tab out of
the field (or hit Alt-K [Check Names]), Outlook will attempt to resolve the
name against your address book. If it can't it'll red underline it and you
can right click on the name to manually resolve it. Outlook will save the
resolution for future use in a file with a NICK extension. NK2 files are
meaningless in your scenario.
