NIL email display in PDA

Clarrification. Friend has new PDA and when he downloads emails (several
hundred) the only ones he cannot read are the ones I have sent to him. My
emails can he read OK on his PC, but not on his PDA. He says screen is blank
with NIL in upper left hand corner.

Have not ran across this but perhaps the PDA can not read the email
formatting you are using e.g. HTML. Try changing this under Tools Options
Mail Format to see it helps resolve the issue
