If notepad works, and this is a "info" file that comes with some
software zip files that explain the contents of the zip, rather than a
system nfo file, then you can use damn nfo viewer. It displays the
unusual characters properly for easier reading.
Loading the program will associate nfo's with this program so don't do
it unless you wish this association.
