Newsgroup Problem with Outlook 2003

I purchased Office 2003 Professional edition. I wanted to be able to read the newsgroups (via OE 6.0) but adding the News button to the Go menu. I followed the instructions and it worked. But now the button is missing from the Go menu and I can't seem to find the button in the place I originally clicked-and-dragged it from, which was the Toolbar Options box. Is this a bug? Where did the News button go? Thanks!
