News command missing from Go catagory command list

I accidentally moved my "News" command to never never land and now can't
start the news reader or reset the menu commands to get the "News" item back
into the "Go" category so I can drag it into the "Go" menu. How do I set
every thing back to default settings... While were at it ... does anyone knw
how to set all mail folders to the same view/layout?

To get the News command back, go back to the Programs tab in Control Panel |
Internet Options and change the default newsreader to Outlook Express. If
OE prompts you to make it your default newsreader the next time you launch
it, click the "Don't ask me again" box and then click the No button.
