Newly installed programs.

"Norton" just asked me if I was installing a program and I also checked and
saw that "Msiexec.exe" was running in background.
Problem is........I wasn't installing anything. Probably just something
updating, but what I'm curious is this:........ Is there anyway to find out
"most recently installed/altered programs" if I wanted to see what it was
that happened?

If you weren't installing the software, something else was. What do you
suppose that might be?

No idea what it might be. That's what I'm trying to figure out. Did all the
standard spy and virus checks and no problems there. At this point really
just curious if there is a way to find out any recent programs added, by date
and/or time.
