New Windows open in Upper Left corner

I just got a new computer with xp. On my old computer, windows "remembered"
where to open the windows for each program on the screen. This new one ALWAYS
opens them small and in the top left corner of the screen which is annoying.

Can this be changed and if so how?

Close all IE Windows

Click START
Click RUN
Type 'regedit' (without quotes) & press OK

Navigate to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main

In the right pane, highlight & delete 'Window_Placement'

IE Will re-create the Window Placement key & all should be OK
