New Window Size

I am differently abled, so any help with this annoying
problem would be greatly appreciated. When I open up a
new window in internet explorer, the new window always
opens up as a small, square inch thing with only a
topbar. They can be maximized, but due to my lack of
dexterity its hard to find the little buggers and
maximize them all.

So if theres anything I can do or change in anything to
make new windows open full screen agian, please post how.

If you move the pointer to the edge of the page,it double arrows,when it
does this,L.click and drag to full amount,do this at all 4 sides.XP reopens explorer
page size as you leave it,hence, you should only need to adjust one.Also make
sure the 3 boxes in R.upper corner have only the 3,the center if doubled up will
need to be minimized for all to work.Desktop,my docs,my music,etc,usually get left
doubled however.
