New Window ie6 Ctrl+drag

In ie6 on windows xp when I hold ctrl and drag the mouse in the browser
a new window opens Double right click also opens a new window. Does
anyone know how I disable this feature?

Are you running an NVIDIA card? The bundled nView software has a
feature called "Mouse Kinematics" which sounds very much like the
functionality you're referring to - I'm sure it's not native to IE.
