new toolbar replaces MSN Toolbar

Several times i have opend up IE6 to find a new blue-
colored toolbar called 'DEAF CREATIVE' in the palce of
the MSN Toolbar. Although the MSN Toolbar is still
active, its crushed into the right-hand side. I am
uunable to move it back. Does anyone know how to get rid
of this stupid toolbar?
