new template fields don't display when people receive there email

Have created a new Office template and when the recipient receives the new
email/template the new fields under the existing Subject line do not display.
We just added a Project Name field and a Job No. field looks okay from the
design form area in Outlok 2003 and prints out okay after receiving the email
but just does not display on opening the new email. All other old fields
display eg. Subject, To From, etc. but not the two new fields we have created
under the existing Subject line field. Can someone help me.?

Did you create a read layout by clicking the Edit Read Layout button while
you were in form design mode?
