existing Subject field in Outlook 2003.Used compose and read page design
commands. On reply no new 2 fields display. On forwarding 2 new fields
display. On forwarding and replying old fields display in the email message
area but no new fields display?
Also using new template & email out to recipient and nothing is copied to

But what data is supposed to go in there and how? You say that it's blank
but have provide not clues as to how you expect something to go into that
box.

Please answer my other question on your actions.

Sue also we have tested the standard templates and all send a copy to the
sent box but not the new template we have created????? Setting up the Reply
and forward actions does not work either. Are we allowed to send the template
to you or to a contact you have to examine? We originally created this
template from Outlook 2002 and added 2 new fields inside Outlook 2003. We
also redesigned the whole lot in Outlook 2003. We are on a network using
Windows 2003 Server.
It all boils down to what you design is not what you get. It seems that the
template making within Outlook 2003 does not work we are a group of
architects and want to use this product but at this point of time are
dissapointed with the template making. Have gone to the NEWSGROUP outlook
form issues and there seems to be alot of issues one was close to ours it eas
"what you see is not what prints out"

Can any one help with this issue?

You still haven't explained adequately what the "sent box" is or does. If it
is a control on the form, bring up its Properties dialog, switch to the
Value tab, and tell us what field is listed at the top of that tab as the
field to which this control is bound.

If you are not using Exchange as your mail server, to make this form work
for forwards and replies, each person will need to publish it to their
Personal Forms library with the same message class. Have you done that?

What prints out is a totally separate issue from what you see on the screen.

Sue sorry i think its called the Sent Items box within the folder list. When
we send an email using our customised template no recognition of the email is
listed in the Sent Items folder? When we use just a blank email template al
isokay.

So you're not talking about a box on the form itself?

What kind of "recognition of email" are you expecting? Do you mean that the
items you send with the form are not appearing in the Sent Items folder? If
so, before you send a message created with the form, click Options and check
wheteher it's actually set to file in Sent Items. Tell us what you find out.
