new system need help playing game system crashes

just built 3 weeks ago a new system an athleon 2500+,azus
mother board,radeon 9600 agp video card,512 ddr mem,40g
h/d,nvida gforce2 sound card on board and running windows
xp
i bought startrek elite forces2,swat3,and hitman i start
to play the game and the system freezes sometimes it
rebots the computer and sometimes it just goes to the desk
top and stop the game
i have tried to install new drivers on the videocard and
on the sound card
i have tried to lower the sound card to basic,lower the
video setting and it gets a little better but eventually
the problem starts again.any help would be greatfull thank
you eric

Hi Eric,

Did you buy a good sized power supply for the system you built?
Sounds like you would need to have at least 350 Watts for it.
