I installed the new IE6 patch on Windows 98SE and Windows XP Home, and
now if I type the address of my local router (192.168.x.x) it can't
find it. IP addresses on the wider Internet seem to work OK.
My workaround is to enter a new hostname into C:\WINDOWS\HOSTS for my
various routers, printers, WAPs, etc. but I shouldn't have to.
Any ideas?
