Can you explain a little more what you are talking about? Microsoft has no
intention of cleaning up "ads" that display on their pages, or those of any
other software that you choose to install that clearly states in advance
that ad-display is part of the operation of the product.

If you are getting downloads of ad-ware or spyware from a Microsoft or MSN
page, they would love to know about it. If you are seeing popups, or other
activity that seems a likely result of adware, while connected to a
Microsoft or MSN page, there is likely an executable on your machine which
is causing these ads to display.

Have you installed Microsoft Antispyware, and scanned your machine? It is
available from:

http://www.microsoft.com/spyware
