New Install - Documents and Settings Location

I have previously posted elsewhere asking how to move the 'Documents
and Settings' folder from one partitoned drive to another - And it
seems like too much hard work!!

I saw elsewhere that the location on the folder can be determined when
you first install XP Pro but I can't find anywhere giving instructions
on how it is done.

Basically what I want to do is have my OS on the C: and everything else
(including 'Documents and Settings'!! and 'Program Files') on another
drive (in my case I chose Z:). So when I install programs they are
defaulted to Z:/Program Files/.....

Does anybody have a 'guide' on how this is done?

Cheers
Glenn

There is absolutely NO point at all in having Program Files on a separate
partition - if you have to re-install windows you WILL have to re-install
all your applications.......
