My Documents?

My C drive is filling up and the biggest hog of disk space is all of the
files and folders I have under My Documents. As you know, this folder is
located at C:\Documents and Settings\Russ\My Documents. I would like to
move this My Documents folder to another drive. I know how to drag and drop
files and folders. I am worried that windows may not like me moving this
folder. Not sure what problems I may run into with installation of new
programs or windows updates.

Is it safe just to move this folder to another drive?

Thanks,
Russ

Create a new folder in the other drive and name it "My Documents". Then, drag
and drop subdirectories from the original "My Documents" (on the C:) to the
new "My Documents (on the other drive".
