I have a folder with my PC name that suddenly appeared. It contains about 60
sub folders and all told 48MB of files. As far as I can determine these
folders are also located in I386, windows\system32 & windows\driver cache.
My OS is XP & the only thing I did on the day it was created was install &
uninstall a program Spampal. My question is can I safely delete this folder.

Hi Gordie,
I suggest you add "OLD" (in caps just as a marker, so you know it) to the end of it, and see if you have any problems. If not, it probably is okay to nuke it. Later; and its easier to Search for OLD. I use my name for an extension, but it drags a lot up with it on searches.

That's to the end of the folder name.
Sorry, I couldn't even understand when I read after the post.
