New error message in Outlook after installing Norton Security 2004

For a client of mine, Outlook throws a runtime error after he installed Norton's Internet Security 2004. The only option on this dialog is OK which shuts down Outlook. He can then restart it and it works fine.

Has anyone else seen this and know of a fix?

It doesn't really say anything more than what I mentioned. It's not a great error message. Exact text is below:

Runtime Error!

Program: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office 10\outlook.exe

The application has requested that the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.
