New Contact Group not working

I have been using WLM as default for some time. Today, I went to WM for
experiment and tried to create a new contact group.
When I clicked New Contact Group button, it blinked for a second, then
stopped. No New Contact Group window opened.
I switched WM as default, tried again, same result. I cannot create new
contact group in WM.
Suggestions ?

Hello Shawn,
I just did a system restore, dating back to yesterday, April 29th. I have my
new contact group button working now.
Nothing was installed or uninstalled between 29th and today ( 30th ), not
even Updates. Go figure.
