New Contact Group button not working

I have been using WLM as my default . Today, for experiment, I went to WM
and tried to create a new contact group. I clicked the button, it blinked
for a second, then stopped. No New Contact Group window opened.
I then switched WM as default, and tried again. Same result. Now I am unable
to create new contact group in WM.
Any suggestions ?

In case someone asks : Yes, I can create new contact group ( category ) in
WLM. Problem is in WM.
