New Computer - Error when setting up second user account .xps

Due to computer problems we recently had to get a new computer and it has
been running brilliantly on the Main User Account but today when setting up a
new User Account (administrator too) and trying to print a document we are
getting an error on the new user account.

We have XP with Microsoft Works Task Launcher and when typing a rich text
document and saving it when we try to print it .. it wants to save as a .xps
file and won't print.

We resaved the document as a .xps file to see what happens it saves as .xps
but when we went to print all that happens is that it brings up IE so that
you can view it but you can't print it.

Also tried to print the rich text document by right clicking and print and
the only option again was to save as an .xps document.

The main user account is working correctly, prints correctly and touch wood
has been running correctly since getting it 2 weeks ago.

Any advice would be appreciated as with all our old computers this never
happened when opening a new user account, everything worked as it should do.

Many thanks

Change the default printer or the printer you are choosing to print to when
you print each time for the new user. If the printer you are trying to
print to is not shown, re-install your printer while logged in with the
other account.

Thank you Kelly and Shenan very much.

I followed your instructions and made the printer default and everything on
the second user account is working perfectly.
