I have XP Pro(Upstairs) and Win 98 SE(Downstairs)
networked on the same workgroup.. XP Pro is host computer.
Everything went smoothly using network wizard.
From Win 98 computer I can view and access shared folders
from each computer.
From XP computer I can view only its shared folder and
when I select the the Win 98 computer I get the following
error "\\Downstairs is not accessible. You may not have
permission to use the network resource. Contact the
administrator of this server to find out if you have
access permissions. and "The volume does not contain a
recognized file system. Please makem sure that all
required file system drivers are loaded and that the
volume is not corrupted"
Can anyone help?
