Network setup wizards error

hi people. i'm trying to set a XP computer up for a network and ICS but when
i run network setup wizard it always says an error occured and cannot
compleat.

Any way around this?

Also when i try and run ICS wizzard it says a service does not excist as a
service.

Is there another way i cant get on the net through the one computer if i
cant set up a network with it??

Hi, sorry for the delay (been on hols)

I've downloaded all updates and service pack 2 but it still throws up the
same errors
