network setup disc

When I try to create a network setup disc on my host computer I get an error
saying there is no removable media or floppy, even with a blank CD and
removable hard drive (USB) connected. I don't have a floppy slot on this
computer. How can I create the network setup disc? Host computer is a
Gateway Media Center PC.

Copy the network setup file to a CD or removable hard drive and run it
on the other computer(s):

C:\Windows\System32\Netsetup.exe
