Network Problem

Hi all

I have very weird problem. I have a Win200 Pro workstation that is connected
to the our domain. We use DHCP server, but when I try to obtain IP from it I
don't receive even 1 packet but I send about 200 packets. So I don't have IP
and I don't have connection to the net. Strange thing is that if I put a
static IP to this workstation it connects to the net and works but with some
problems. It can copy and paste files through the net but can't establish
DCOM connection it means to connect to our DCOM application server and can't
start Remote Desctop. I thing that there is some kind of parameter to set and
my problem will be solve, but I don't know what is it. The problem ocurs
after I remove some Adwares from this computer. Help if you can the other
option is reinstalation and it's not a problem but think that it can be
solved more elegant.
One more thing I've reinstall the net adapter driver, TCP/IP protocol and
everething connected to the net. It doesn't helps me.

One more thing. When I put TCP/IP to obtain IP from the DHCP and start
ipconfig /renew I receive that the device that I try to renew is not a socket.

Thanx Eugene

If I can I would give you a kiss. You save me about 1 day reinstalation of
Win2000 OS and a lot of customized accountancy software.
THANX

Ivan
