Network printing from local account

We have a computer on our domain that we've created a local account on. We
want to be able to use a network printer.

First I tried to browse to the printer and I get a list of network
computers, but no printers.

When I then use the \\computer name\printer name, I get an error saying:
"You do not have sufficient access to your computer to conenct to the
selected printer".

I then went under the local admin account and tried to use the name and I
got an logon box.

I can add and delete printers on the domain accounts all day long, just
having issues with the local accounts.

What do I need to do now?
