Hello, I connect to the office network using my laptop, which has both
wired and wireless ethernet cards. I've always connected to the office
network using the wired ethernet, but for some reason as of 2 days ago,
it cannot to the Internet. I can still browse the intranet, but not
outside the network. However, if I can connect to the office network
using the wireless card, i can browse both the intranet and internet.
I consulted the company's IT guy and he thought it was some type of
virus that attacks wired ethernet connections (though he couldn't
remember the name of it). I ran both latest Norton Antivirus and
Anti-Spyware and both returned no problems at all.
What am I missing here?
Thanks.
