netstat -o does not exist in win2k?

I am running win2k pro and am looking for a way to identify which processes
are using specific connections as displayed with netstat. In some versions
of the MS OS there is an -o option which displays the process ID, but this
does not exist in w2k pro. What other commands/utilities might be of
assistance to me in this issue?

Foundstone Tools' Vision product will show you this info.
