Netmeeting

Here's what I am trying to accomplish: Users 1, 2, & 3 connect thru our
firewall to our terminal server. I want the user environment to launch
Netmeeting so they can view training presentations conducted on a XP system
in our conference room.

However, only one Netmeeting can be launched at a time. When a second user
logs on, Netmeeting won't start unless the first person ends their
Netmeeting session.

I am doing this to keep open ports on our firewall at a minimum. Can anyone
help?

Try a program called Remote Admin (or even vnc might work). This will allow
multiple users to connect to the xp machine at the same time and they can
watch the xp screen to see what's going on. There's even a view only mode so
all they can do is look and nothing else.
