NETFramework problem

I was reinstalling all of my programs when I came to my Video program which
stopped & said that to run it needed NET.Famework to run. I recalled that I
had this downloaded this before & had a copy on a disk. I tried running it
but it said that there was an error with no more explanations given. Any
ideas to that the problem is as I don't wish to download again if I can help
it since my connection is only 28KBS.

You will probably need to download it again from the Microsoft Update site,
sorry about that.
